Expansive glass walls frame sweeping shoreline views, while high clerestory windows accentuate the flowing rooflines. Warm layers of wood, concrete, and metal extend seamlessly from exterior terraces to interior living spaces. A sculptural stair evolves in form and material as it connects each level, uniting the home’s expressive geometry and precise detailing.

From a water-view home office above outdoor spa showers to a guest suite over an artist studio, along with sculpted window walls, mixed-media stairs, concrete fireplaces, and mahogany sunshades—each element was crafted as a inspired yet refined gesture, creating a truly one-of-a-kind home.
